The NBA Playoffs Eastern Conference Semifinals 2026

The No. 1 Seed Detroit Pistons just completed a tougher than expected first round by going to a Game 7 with the No. 8 Seed Orlando Magic. Them Boys pushed the Pistons and made the series tight but having homecourt in Game 7 definitely uplifted the Pistons to victory. Fresh off a Game 7 as well are No. 4 Seed Cleveland Cavaliers who just took out our Canadian team the No. 5 Seed Toronto Raptors with the homecourt advantage to help carry them over the hump to victory. It will be interesting to see which team will be riding the momentum of their victory, considering they will be doing battle this Tuesday night May 5,2026.

The No. 3 Seed New York Knicks are coming of a good first round series against the No. 6 Seed Atlanta Hawks who they beat in six games but awaiting them are the No. 7 Seed Philadelphia 76ers fresh of a Game 7 against the No 2 Seed Boston Celtics. Not too many pundits expected the 76ers to beat the Celtics but here they are moving on to the second round. Them two teams have history in these Playoffs games so I expect a tough series to go down so tune in this Monday night May 4, 2026, for round two of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
