In a surprising turn of event, The No. 1 Seeded Cleveland Cavaliers and the No. 2 Seeded Boston Celtics have both been bounced out by the Indiana Pacers who systematically broke down the Cavs in 5 games while the New York Knicks did the same to the Defending Champions Celtics but needed 6 games to earn their long awaiting spot into the Eastern Conference Finals.
