On The Watch “It’s All About 2015 NBA Finals Champs”

2015 NBA Finals Champs

It was written! It took The Golden State Warriors 83 Games from the start of the season to Game 6 of the NBA Finals 2015. 40 years in the making and today we celebrate Golden State’s first NBA Championship. This scripted journey was well crafted from start to finish. The No 1 Team in the league throughout the entire season. The rookie coach Steve Kerr guiding this Bay Area team straight into the Records Books with this Historic NBA Season.

These series were a testimony of just how bad The Warriors wanted it that much more from The Cleveland Cavaliers. Don’t get it twisted, I know that “King James” came to play judging by his insane NBA Finals average 36.6 points, 12.4 rebounds and 8.4 assists per Game. Dude was a machine on that court but when you are facing the No. 1 Defensive Team in the league with a depleted Cavaliers supporting cast, they were bound to run straight into a wall and Game 6 was just the case. The Cavs had no answer to The Warriors smart play down the stretch; hence this is why we stand here today congratulating Golden State for reaching their goal of becoming This Year 2015 NBA Finals Champions.

Until then The Larry O’Bryan Trophy will once again be vacationing in the West for the time being. REAL TALK!

On The Watch “It’s All About NBA FINALS 2015”

NBA FINALS 2015

The two teams who will be representing their respective Coasts for the 2015 NBA Finals matchup has been set. WESTSIDE’s No 1 Seed throughout the entire season The Golden State Warriors stayed true to their task at hand and are now 4 Games away for their first title since 1975.

Their roadblock is the EASTSIDE’s No 2 seed The Cleveland Cavaliers who last appeared in The NBA Finals loss in 2007. This NBA Finals matchup might just be one of the most electrifying one we’ve had in years. On one side (The WESTSIDE) we have the newly crowned NBA MVP in Stephen Curry leading The Golden State Warriors well-balanced offensive and defensive team straight into the History Books with the type of season and post play they’ve enjoyed to date.

On the other side (THE EASTSIDE) we have “KING” James, Mr. 4 times MVP representative vying to put an end to this “historic” season The Warriors have enjoyed this far. Lebron and The Cleveland Cavaliers plan on rewriting the History Books by rewriting the wrong that was made when Lebron left the team back in 2010. This battle tested Cleveland team might just have the “JUICE” to stunt on them Warriors but truth be told Golden State aint noting to play with. REAL TALK!

All eyes will undeniably be on Stephen Curry and Lebron James but personally I think it will come down to the supporting players of either team to step it up and create a cause and effect that will shift toward the team that wants it the most. The “HYPE” built up for this year Finals is “MUST SEE TV”.

The question floating around is who will write their names in the History Books and walk away with the elusive O’Bryan Trophy for the year 2015 NBA Finals. Tune In for Game 1, Thursday night June 4, 2015.

The NBA’s Cinderella Team The Atlanta Hawks has kept a firm and convincing grip all season and have not disappointed in doing so.

That alone is motivation for Harden and The Rockets to step their game up, especially after winning a hard earned series from The Clippers. With the momentum still running high for Houston, we can definitely anticipate a fast and up-tempo thrilling Western Conference Finals. REAL TALK! Tune In Tuesday night May 19, 2015.

NBA PLAYOFFS CONFERENCE SEMIFINALS 2015

This year’s 1st round showdown did not disappoint but was surly met with some surprising endings that will lead quite a few teams back to the drawing board this summer for some serious revamping. REAL TALK!

3 teams East/West included will be entering the Conferences Semifinals well rested due to the fact they only needed 4 games each to dismantle their respective opponents. Our team from up north The Toronto Raptors felt the sting of The Washington Wizards early and had no answer to their game plan.

The Cleveland Cavaliers had easy work of The Boston Celtics but will enter the second round with The Chicago Bulls with one of their key player in Kevin Love out for the rest of the Playoff run.

The No. 1 Seeded Atlanta Hawks have gotten themselves back on track and will be looking to cool of The Blazin Wizards come this Sunday May 3, 2015.Last night we probably saw the end or an era in last years Defending Champs The San Antonio Spurs needing a game seven to stay alive but could not pull it off.

This NBA season has been nothing short from exciting, record braking, surprising and unbelievable type season with again much more still to come in the Playoffs. REAL TALK! This years’ “King Of The Court” for the season are The Golden State Warriors who won a franchise-record and league-best 67 games. REAL TALK!

From the jump of the season these groups of guys stayed focus and on track to be in this position. The Warriors rank 2nd in Offence rating and 1st on the Defensive side. Nuff said!

Owning that No. 1 Spot on the Westside is not an easy task cause any team from 2-8 competing in the West is capable of upsetting any team at any given time. Think about it for a second?? On The Watch “It’s All About Mayweather/Pacquiao”

Mayweather/Pacquiao

The most anticipated boxing fight of the century is now set for Saturday May 2, 2015. Two of the “BADEST” pound-for-pound boxers will finally be facing each other at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. For those of us who can’t do the trip keep in mind that HBO and Showtime have joined forces once again to also broadcast this Main Event on pay-per view.

On one side we have the undefeated five-division world champion and current WBA/WBC welterweight champion Money Mayweather Jr. (47-0, 26 KOs) putting it all on the line to challenge the first and only eight-division world champion and current WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao (57-5-2, 38 KOs).

For the past 18 years Money Mayweather had succeeded in defending his titles and staying unbeaten due to the fact that he possess an impeccable boxing IQ to go along with his astounding defensive fighting style and being a proficient counter puncher. REAL TALK!

With that being said fans of Pacquio seem to think that his aggressive style, never back down mentality and his quick and powerful hand speed, are just the required tools needed to take down the self proclaimed “TBE” in Money Mayweather.

I see the May 2, 2015 Boxing Main Event between the two has Judgment Day; Two different styles from two very different boxers. Now the question remains, will accumulate wisdom out-knowledge in ring intelligence? Tune in Saturday May 2, 2015 and witness “greatness” at their best.

On The Watch “It’s All About The NBA—Who’s On Top?”

The NBA—Who’s On Top?

We are officially passed the midpoint mark for the season with over 42 games played and at everyone’s surprise The EAST is experiencing a serious power struggle with some new and exiting faces running the show in a convincing manner. REAL TALK!

As I write this, the No. 1 spot belongs to The Atlanta Hawks (38-8). A team that no one anticipated to be good enough to run the show has been defying all odds and stating claim to that No 1 spot by bringing it each and every night to any team EAST/WEST who wants to tangle with them.

Not far behind we got our Team from up North The Toronto Raptors and the Washington Wizards who are still vying for that No. 1 Spot. Now who would have thought that these three teams would have been caught up in this scenario at this point in the season?

Now when it comes to the WESTSIDE. The shootout is still on and poppin over there. REAL TALK! I have to tip my “B” hat to them Boyz in Golden State for their play so far. They have kept that No. 1 Spot from the “JUMP”. And not just in the West but in the League PERIOD! (Percent wise) They are really trying to show all the naysayers that this (36-7) Team Record that they are running with in the WEST is as real as it gets.

Now I’ve said this before, in the West you can’t count any of the 8 seeded teams vying for a playoff spot out cause any one of them teams can catch a good steady run and snatch that No. 1 Spot at anytime. Injuries have stunted quite a few teams early but the second half of the season is where you either keep up to move up or bow down and step out the way. REAL TALK!

Keep Tuning in to see and appreciate the outcome of this season’s second half.
