On The Watch “It’s All About Canelo Alvarez vs Jaime Munguia”

Undisputed Super Middleweight Cinco de Mayo Showdown

Last night’s PBC/Golden Boy/Prime Video/DAZN Main Event between Undisputed IBF/WBA/WBC/WBO/Ring Magazine Super Middleweight Champion “Kingpin” Canelo Alvarez (61-2-2, 39 Kos) and countryman, former World Champion Jaime Munguia (43-1, 34 Kos), undeniably lived up to the “HYPE” surrounding this great event. Real Talk!

The young Lion Munguia brought the “HEAT” to the Kingpin’s door and gave a very good accountability for himself inside that squared circle but found out first-hand what in entails to go toe-to-toe with a seasoned, savvy veteran the likes of Canelo.

There are levels to this Boxing sh*t and on the night Munguia learned that lesson on the biggest stage of his career to date.

Not to be outdone, Munguia fought a great one and stood his ground even after being dropped for a standing 8 count in the fourth round. He bounced back and proceeded with the original “game plan” by applying pressure with an aggressive offence.

These two warriors brought their Mexican fans to their feet at the Arena the way they banged on each other, exchanging leather after leather at close range giving us that action.

That being said, school was in session last night and the instructor was Canelo who methodically broke his opponent down round by round and made it look good. Canelo was active with his hands and precise with his punches which disrupted Munguia’s usual high-octane offense. As big and strong as Munguia was on the night it was the skill set that separated both warriors inside that squared circle.

After 12 rounds of entertaining action, the Judges at hand scored it 117-110, 116-111 and 115-112 unanimously for Canelo Alvarez.

The “Kingpin” reigns supreme once again on Cinco de Mayo and still Undisputed IBF/WBA/WBC/WBO/Ring Magazine Super Middleweight Champion of the World.

Well done, Canelo, another great victory to be added on this very special night!

Your Boy is back! This intriguing matchup has finally been announced. Peeps need to pay attention to this bout right here and not sleep on it. “Tank” is the man 100 Grand no bulls*t but your Boy Martin is no walk in the park. Dude looks the part and plays the part very well. Martin has all the attributes needed to give “Tank” hell inside that squared circle.

The tough talk has been flying back and forth from both warriors clearly showing some serious animosity that will definitely need to be addressed inside that squared circle come fight night.

Now Frank be talking that real greasy sh*t to “Tank” but we already know what “Tank” brings to the ring every time: that equalizer and the skill set that goes hand in hand with it. Your Boy “Tank” is proven and a “Beast” inside that squared circle. Real Talk!

ON The Watch “It’s All About The NBA PLAYOFFS WESTERN CONFERENCE SEMIFINALS”

NBA PLAYOFFS WESTERN CONFERENCE SEMIFINALS 2024

These attention-grabbing matchups in the second round of action are definitely must-see TV. The No 1. Seed in the Western Conference the Oklahoma City Thunder had themselves a quick four-game sweep in the first round of action and are now looking at a possible stiffer challenge in the form of the No. 5 Seed Dallas Mavericks. The Thunder are looking the part game by game and raising their play when push comes to shove and with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander growing into a superstar, the Mavs might have just met their match.

The Defending Champs the No. 2 Seeded Denver Nuggets had themselves a warm up in the first round by dispatching the Lakers in 5 but are now looking at a second round of action with a much younger, healthier and improved No. 3 Seeded Minnesota Timberwolves squad fresh of a sweep of the Phoenix Suns. On The Watch “It’s All About Terence Crawford vs Israil Madrimov”

WBA Junior Middleweight Challenge

His Excellency Turki Alashikh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority, will be bringing his Riyadh Season to its first overseas event in the United States on Saturday August 3, 2024, at the BMO Stadium, Los Angeles.

The Main Event of the night will consist of Pound-for-Pound former Undisputed Welterweight Champion Terence Crawford (40-0, 31 Kos) who will be moving up in weight to the Junior Middleweight Division in pursuit of another title in a fourth Division by challenging newly crowned WBA Junior Middleweight Champion Israil Madrimov (10-0-1, 7 Kos).

That being said, Madrimov is a serious step up and a worthy challenger who will not be easily taken down. The hunger for greatness that Madrimov has been displaying as of late goes hand in hand with his physical strength and boxing IQ that this warrior will be walking in with come fight night. Madrimov is a well-schooled technically sound combatant who will definitely bring the “Heat” inside that squared circle.

Although Terence will have been out of the ring for a full year by the time these two combatants square up, the task at hand still remains the same, to conquer another Division by any means necessary and become Undisputed Champion in a third weight Division.

Crawford has been the underdog before and has proven the naysayers wrong as well. That’s why on August 3, 2024, he will show the world once again, why he’s one of the greatest Pound-for-Pound fighters to ever lace on a pair of gloves in this era.
